I visited Lomoge for a protein treatment, hair colouring, and a haircut. Unfortunately, the entire process was a disaster. From the start, I sensed that Fiona was hesitant and lacked confidence in her abilities. She repeatedly questioned my choices, insinuating that the services would be costly, which was quite perplexing to me. I felt belittled by the assumption that I was unaware of the pricing for the services I requested. Moreover, she applied an excessive amount of protein to my hair, claiming it was for extra nourishment, but it left my hair coarse and frizzy, exacerbating the issue I wanted to resolve. Throughout the appointment, she commented on the thickness and texture of my hair, a topic that had been managed by numerous hairdressers in the UK and abroad previously. Despite my request for an orange-brown hair colour and a mention of my previous hairdresser's method of applying protein before dark colours, Fiona disregarded my input, resulting in a yellow hue instead of the desired shade. During the haircut, she attempted to replicate a style from a photo I provided. When she couldn't achieve the look, she attributed it to my hair being shorter than the model's. While I didn't mind the length, she should have noticed this discrepancy from the beginning. When I expressed my disappointment, she became dismissive, insisting that my hair's quality limited the outcome, despite my past satisfactory experiences with similar treatments. I paid over 300 pounds for none of the desired results. Regrettably, Lomoge salon seemed to offer better service in the past. I will not be returning as this was the most disappointing beauty salon visit I have ever experienced.

Jade is incredibly friendly!! She has done my nails on multiple occasions, and they always look stunning. She is exceptionally patient and focused on quality! Great value for money, especially considering the central London location. The salon is conveniently located near Paddington & Oxford Street. I highly recommend her services!
