Shenol is a genuine talent, he performed an outstanding cut and colour correction to fix a dreadful brassy highlight I received from a salon in the US, and devised a hair colour regimen that would last for 3 months. I had an exceptional first visit to Shenol today, a welcoming and immaculate salon in the heart of London. My hair was cut and blow-dried beautifully by Emre, who possesses extensive experience and is remarkably attentive and professional. I wholeheartedly recommend!
I made a booking with Aisha at Shenol Hair and it turned out to be a disaster. I went for a balayage, but sadly, it led to significant thinning and loss of volume in my hair. When I expressed my concerns to Aisha, she dishonestly claimed that my hair was naturally thin. Her English proficiency was lacking, and she continuously manipulated me. While washing my hair, she acted strangely, neglecting to properly detangle my hair and seeming more focused on cleaning the basin than caring for my hair. Looking back, I believe she was trying to conceal the hair that was lost during the colouring process. I lost half the volume of my hair, and it is now extremely dry and damaged. Steer clear of this place at all costs.
