I recently visited a salon in London for a haircut and pedicure. The service provided by Alex was exceptional. They were attentive, turned on the massage chair for me, and offered me a drink. However, upon returning home, I noticed that my hair, styled by Taylor, was not cut as I had requested. I had asked for a straight bob above my shoulders but the cut was uneven, with the back hair longer than the front. Additionally, the left side was longer than the right. During the pedicure, I specifically asked not to trim my toenails, yet I observed a change in shape and a dent in my big toenail on my right foot. While the haircut was discounted, I feel the quality was lacking. Despite the kind gesture of a discounted pedicure and a £5 tip for the massage, I am unsure if I would return to this salon.
