Can't fault the service. Always leave happy with my nails and the price is 10/10!
Whilst the customer service is amazing & the women are friendly, the quality of nails is much to be desired- I have lifting after only 1 week of wear. The shaping of nails is done quickly and is imprecise, and when checking if polish is dry they often press it, smudge it and then refuse to fix it. I’m scared to go there for acrylic removal as I’m sure they won’t do it properly and will end up prying them off and ruining my natural nail rather than doing a soak off. The only reason I return is because I don’t wear nails that often (my job doesn’t allow me) and when I do, it’s only for a short amount of time (2 weeks, which their nails don’t really last that long) and it’s one of the only salons that allows walk-ins in my area.
Used to use this place whenever I got my nails done, which granted wasn’t often but I’ve always recommended them to my friends. I was away at uni the last three years so messaged them to check prices now I’m home, and received an arsey kinda rude reply of how I’ve asked prices before and not booked to have them done. Bare in mind the last time I spoke to them was 2019 before I went to uni (and I’m pretty sure I did go in to get them done before going to uni as a little confidence boost) According to them it seems people can’t ask prices with out confirming a booking.
