Hot Heads

I made a call to the salon to inquire about children's haircuts for my 3 1/2-year-old daughter's first trim. I expressed my sentiment about this significant milestone and was assured they understood, even preparing tissues for me. However, the experience fell short of my expectations. While the stylist wasn't impolite, there was a lack of warmth. My daughter had to stand while the stylist sat, and the latter seemed annoyed by the natural fidgeting of a 3-year-old. When I requested to keep a lock of hair, I felt judged. The haircut itself was fine, but the overall experience left me wanting my daughter to feel more special.

My first visit, and Katie was incredibly helpful! Despite my red hair, I wanted a drastic change to match a specific photo. Katie provided various options to achieve the desired look, and she was fantastic. We had a pleasant conversation, and she efficiently dyed my hair. I will definitely return for her expertise.

During my eyebrow appointment, the technician was rough and inattentive. Both my friend and I ended up with cuts, which were disregarded by the technician. Upon returning home, we were displeased with the service. Unfortunately, we won't be returning due to this lack of care.
