I've been attending since January and I absolutely adore it, my nails have transformed from being dreadful to being utterly fabulous. The only quandary I face is deciding on the colour for the day, there are just so many choices.
One day of use and a nail broke, without any heavy strain. Within a week and a half, five nails broke from simple day-to-day activities. No excessive force or heavy lifting involved. I was truly disappointed, especially after investing a substantial amount for lovely gel nails for an occasion.
The full pedicure service did not meet my expectations at all. They skipped essential steps like foot soaking and neglected basic pedicure procedures such as callus removal, cuticle care, and nail trimming and shaping. The service seemed amateurish, and the salon's hygiene was subpar. The equipment used did not appear to be properly sterilised. Definitely not worth the money, I would not recommend it for a quality pedicure treatment.
