The team members here are consistently pleasant and willing to assist, although they always seem to be occupied. Some customers may need to exercise patience, as the staff diligently work to address everyone's needs promptly. *****stars
I visited this establishment on Thursday 29 August 2019 at 3.35pm and encountered another individual ahead of me at the reception desk. My prescription was swiftly retrieved within a few minutes. Behind the screen, I observed a total of six individuals, all seemingly engrossed in productive tasks. Some were engaged in packing activities, while one appeared to be the sole dispenser. The prescription was finally handed to me at 3.58pm, approximately 23 minutes after my initial arrival. It seems that the issue here is not understaffing, but rather a potential case of overstaffing. Initially considering transferring all our medications to this location, the lack of prompt service has led me to reconsider and explore other options.
