I made a stop at the coffee shop for a cup of coffee and decided to order some food as well. The staff members were courteous and helpful. Despite needing to heat up the food, the service was quick. I would definitely visit again if I'm in the area.
The staff at the coffee shop are cheerful and welcoming. The employees at the postal service are kind and accommodating. The customer service at the checkout is excellent, and there is a wide variety of products available.
I needed to refuel with diesel on my way to work this evening. However, when it came time to pay, I was told that the till was closed and had to use the self-service machine. I had to wait for a staff member who was busy assisting other customers with their transactions to unlock a cabinet for me to pay for the fuel (which I believe customers cannot do). To top it off, they were unable to add my loyalty points. Why not just keep the till open if a staff member is needed to help customers anyway?
