Jay and Emma are exceptional at what they do. They are highly skilled and accommodating, always willing to fulfill any request. Their approach with my autistic son is remarkable, showing great patience and understanding. The barbershop is modern and conveniently located, and the online booking system is a convenient feature. I cannot recommend Jay and Emma enough for their professionalism and excellent service.
Jay was absolutely fantastic with my son during his ASD service appointment. He communicated with my son in a manner that showed deep respect and understanding of his specific needs. Jay took the time to explain everything in simple terms using visual cues, making my son feel comfortable and secure. Throughout the haircut, Jay allowed my son to make choices like removing his shoes and sitting where he felt most at ease, without any judgement. He also provided reassurance and support when my son displayed signs of anxiety. Jay's exceptional care and empathy make him a top-notch professional, and I wholeheartedly recommend him to everyone.
Our grandsons have been regular clients of Jay for quite some time, and they absolutely adore him. We make sure to book their appointments with Jay every two weeks, as he has built a wonderful rapport with them. Jay goes the extra mile for our grandsons, especially the youngest one, who has his own special apron now. Jay not only allows him to sing and dance during the haircut but also joins in the fun, surprising us with his rendition of a Barbie song!
