It's been some time since my last visit, as I'm not a fan of their clothing selection. Every item I've purchased has been made of poor quality material, too short, and quite dull. Honestly, it's overpriced rubbish. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
The employees are consistently welcoming. The store is of a good size. It would be ideal if they carried all size ranges, including plus sizes. When placing an online order for in-store collection, the staff are always prompt and efficient.
I was quite dissatisfied with the customer service when trying to exchange online purchases. Not very accommodating.
