The treatment of the unfortunate 15-year-old's nails yesterday is utterly appalling and revolting.
I observed a set of nails done here on a young person around 15 years old, they exploited her youth. She requested a full set of acrylic nails with white tips. What I witnessed was false nails applied and painted, without any acrylic. The nails appeared painful. The cuticles were trimmed and appeared raw. The guardian approached to express dissatisfaction and request a reimbursement as the service provided did not match what was paid for, only to be denied a refund. Terribly subpar work and unkind staff exploiting a young individual. AVOID THIS PLACE.
