I acquired the Hifu full face treatment via Groupon in October 2021. Booking an appointment was quite troublesome initially. After leaving numerous voicemails, I was eventually given an appointment. The appointment itself went smoothly. The clinic was pristine and pleasant. The staff were courteous and hospitable, and the procedure was explained in detail. Although they took their time during the treatment, I later discovered that my forehead area was not treated, despite it being part of the full face treatment. After the session, I was informed about the expected improvements in my skin over time and was invited for a follow-up appointment three months later. A reminder email was sent just a day before my follow-up appointment, but as I couldn't attend, I tried to reschedule via phone. However, I kept getting redirected to an automated message regardless of the time I called. I left several messages but have yet to receive a response to rearrange my appointment. The treatment had no discernible effect on my face, and I did not notice any improvement as the procedure promised. Not being offered another appointment for a top-up, which could potentially have been beneficial, was disappointing. I am extremely dissatisfied with the poor customer service, as the staff seem uninterested in answering calls or responding to messages. I definitely do not recommend this clinic.

A delightful and immaculate clinic with friendly staff who thoroughly explain the procedure you will undergo. Follow-up calls and texts are a thoughtful touch. Roopa is particularly charming. This clinic is now my preferred choice, as my previous practitioner retired and finding a new one I felt comfortable and at ease with was challenging. Many individuals offer similar services privately, but I trust the professionalism of Runaway. I highly recommend their services.

An exquisite clinic, beautifully presented in a perfect location. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. However, I was disappointed with the HIFU treatment I underwent, which I had purchased through a Groupon voucher. The treatment can take up to 12 weeks to show its full effect. After discussing this procedure with other professionals and the expected sensations post-treatment, I can honestly say that I did not experience any discomfort, which should be anticipated to confirm the treatment's efficacy. I have not observed any changes in the tightness of my skin on my face or jaw. I felt no pain during the HIFU session and was informed that I might feel the skin tightening in the following week, which I did not. I was told that redness or discomfort requiring pain relief medication is normal during this treatment, indicating that it is working, but I did not experience any of these effects. At 26, this procedure may not have been suitable for my skin, and I was advised that it should not have been performed on me. I would have considered returning due to the clinic's pleasant atmosphere, but the lack of noticeable benefits and effects makes me doubt whether I received the full treatment, dissuading me from future visits.
