A fantastic experience having eyelash extensions and now trying a different style which I adore. Emma converses with you like an old friend, instantly putting you at ease. I highly suggest this salon.
Had my eyebrows waxed for the first time ever, and the staff were delightful. They were warm and had me feeling relaxed in no time. I would definitely recommend them.
I rated two stars because I liked the job done on my toenails and Kirsten's friendliness. However, I am not satisfied with my pedicure as there was some hard skin on my heel, very fine lines that she didn't manage to remove. She only used a soft heel exfoliation silicone and no other exfoliation equipment. I informed her that the hard skin was still there, and she responded that she had tried. I observed other customers receiving nice manicures, but for pedicures, I won't be returning. Attached below is a picture of my heel. Apologies.
