The top massage therapist I will trust completely in London. Kate is exceptional at massage whether it is therapeutic, for relaxation or for lymphatic drainage. I have been visiting Kate for years and have yet to come across a better therapist anywhere! This lady knows her stuff. I come for chronic pain and her treatments have been the only solution.
I was introduced to Kate almost 3 years ago and being in the Public sector and part-time gardener, Kate is able to work wonders on my back and posture as well as getting deep into my muscles and discovering knots I never knew existed, leaving me rejuvenated afterwards and very reasonably priced for each session.
I struggle with chronic back pain due to my job from sitting all day. I visit Kate regularly and I receive a mix of deep tissue, hot stones, warm bamboo and cupping therapy. Kate customizes each treatment for my requirements and provides me with exercises and stretches to do between sessions. I really appreciate each session and the relief I experience. I would highly recommend Kate.
