I presented the lady with a precise image of my desired nail design, yet she proceeded to improvise. The shape was incorrect, my nails varied in length, and the French style was noticeably uneven. Upon addressing this, the lady became upset and delegated the task to another employee (uncertain if it was the owner). The owner attempted to salvage the nails, but they are undeniably the worst I have ever had, coupled with abysmal customer service, and I will not be returning. He, himself, lacks the expertise to execute a basic French design. It has only been 2 days, and the gel has already chipped, leaving me eager to remove them. I utterly despise the result.
