I surprised my significant other with a pampering day here for her 30th birthday. When I initially called, the staff were incredibly accommodating. Although they didn't have the 4-hour slot I wanted, after explaining our situation, they offered us a treatment and full access to the pool, sauna, and gym facilities. My girlfriend absolutely loved this surprise. The staff and service were exceptional. Her treatments were top-notch, and she mentioned it was the most relaxing day she's had. A big thank you to the entire team for being so accommodating and giving my girlfriend a wonderful day. Wayne.
A wonderful secluded haven for relaxation. From the moment I stepped in, I felt instantly at ease and welcomed. I opted for the nature spa day which began with a coffee on the outdoor terrace, followed by some peaceful time in the pool all to myself, and then two exceptional treatments, concluding with lunch and a glass of Prosecco. The receptionist was exceptional, giving me a tour and explaining the day's events, all while being friendly. The therapist who performed my treatments was outstanding. I will definitely be returning soon. Thank you for providing exactly what I needed.
Visited Willow Retreat Spa last Friday with my friend, had an incredibly relaxing time there! The receptionist Aisha did a fantastic job in ensuring we felt welcomed and well taken care of. She’s extremely warm and maintained a high level of professionalism throughout. My massage therapist Taylor was truly exceptional. She clearly has a deep understanding of her craft and the needs of her clients. She takes immense pride in her work and delivered an outstanding experience for me. I thoroughly enjoyed my deep tissue full body massage. The individual named Sam who works at the restaurant is delightful and made a significant positive impact after a negative encounter with the impolite and discriminatory young man who also worked there at the start of our meal. It was an overall fantastic experience and I will definitely be returning.
