My partner adores this spot for fillers and Botox. The results are so natural, which makes me quite pleased as well.
This boutique salon is my absolute favourite. It's the only place I trust to make my nails look stunning and to indulge in a relaxing, pampering experience. Vanessa and the team at Queen of Hearts are exceptional professionals. They always provide fantastic recommendations for nail colours, treatments, or products. They are extremely knowledgeable and have impeccable taste.
The lady who works there was delightful. I had booked for eyebrow threading and decided to give lamination a try since it was listed at £7. The total should have been £17, but she charged me £70. I raised my concern with her, but she refused to refund the excess. She has not updated her prices online, removed the Camden branch from her website, first claimed it was £60, then £70 on its own, yet online it was listed at £7. I was given four different prices. I had to escalate the issue to my bank and legally challenge her bank to recover the money as she was uncooperative. She is deceiving people. AVOID THIS PLACE. She has now taken down her website after I used it as evidence against her actions.
