This feedback is ESPECIALLY for JAMES and EMILY. I just turned up today without an appointment and was hoping for a pedicure. James did his upmost to find me someone even tho I had no appointment. I explained I had been unwell for 18 months and was so needing some TLC. I can't always book as I often dont know how I will feel. Anyway, James managed to fit me in there and then with a therapist called Emily and she was AMAZING. I had the BEST treatment with the greatest therapist. It wasn't a pedicure as not enough time but instead a calm treatment with my head and feet... MAGICAL. Emily showered me with so much care, so much kindness and excellent skill. I cant imagine anyone not giving 5 stars to The Cowshed In Primrose Hill. I am going back in a couple of days for a pedicure and can't wait. I hope the manager is reading this because - you have a delightful team. THANK YOU SO MUCH
