This was my second visit to MILLIE for lash extensions, but unfortunately, they started falling out just three days later. I am a regular lash extension customer, so I am familiar with proper aftercare. I requested an infill, but she cancelled on the agreed day. I asked for a refund due to the poor quality of work, but she hasn't even opened my message. I gave her a chance to fix the problem, but she did nothing. I had to apply my own clusters to avoid looking unkempt. If you lack professionalism, don't bother running a business, darling. Judging by the reviews, this isn't the first negative feedback, and it won't be the last.
I always go to Jordanne (jluxurylashes) for my lash extensions, and I adore them every time! She always goes above and beyond to accommodate her clients and creates a comfortable atmosphere. My lashes stay put even with sunbed use; I wouldn't trust anyone else ❤️
