I spent a lot of money on lowlights and highlights, done by Olivia. My blonde hair turned yellow, so I wanted to get rid of the yellow and have ice blonde highlights to blend in at the front, and low lights to break it up. Unfortunately, the end result was like having two solid blocks of colour, which looked terrible when I styled my hair. I contacted Olivia, and she said she would add some on the top, but if I wanted more blonde, I would have to pay ADDITIONAL MONEY. The outcome just looks like an outgrown colour with grey roots, as the toner used must have been a grey one. I sent Olivia pictures, and I paid £121 for this, and now she has blocked me. I am so disappointed. The pictures of hairstyles she showcases are only from the back; mine looked okay from the back, but the front and sides are awful. I explained this to Olivia last night, but she didn't care and blocked me. So beware, people, this stylist only knows the basics and even had the audacity to charge me for lowlights and highlights. I went to the salon to feel better about myself, and now it's so bad. And Olivia has blocked me. With Christmas approaching and my hair ruined. Very professional, blocking me. Thank you for your response and asking Olivia to unblock me, but it was a waste of time as Olivia is not willing to refund me so I can get my hair fixed. If I could upload pictures of my hair, I would, but there's nowhere to post on her page. I am taking Olivia to court as she shouldn't be allowed to do things like this, especially blocking me when we were having a conversation yesterday. I am so stressed and upset about this. Be very cautious, people.
Oh my goodness. How do I even start to describe the sheer talent of Olivia? I had a bad reaction to a product and my hair ended up looking like candyfloss. I was dreading going in, but right from the first message to walking out, I was treated with the utmost respect. I won't be going anywhere else now that I've found this place. Incredible people and incredible talent. They truly went above and beyond for me, and what I witnessed while there was that they treated every customer equally. True professionals. And the result on my hair afterwards... I was amazed. I can't recommend or praise this salon enough. A massive thank you!
I moved 118 miles recently. But I'd never let anyone else touch my hair or eyebrows. They are fantastic.
