The store is fantastic, and the staff are incredibly helpful 😁🤩. If you can't find an item, they are more than willing to assist or order it for delivery.
I visited today to purchase some new foundation and a few other items. My Boots No7 purchase was too light despite being color matched. I could have gone back to Boots, but I don't like wasting time. In my late 50s and not a big makeup user, I needed assistance. Considering it was late in the day, I felt hesitant to ask for one-on-one help. After spending 15 minutes trying to choose on my own, I felt a bit overwhelmed and asked a young lady at the cash desk if there was someone available to help with makeup. Without delay, she called a colleague who came right over. The lady listened to me, provided friendly advice, and recommended a suitable product. She was wearing a Manager badge, so I'm pleased she has a team and a store to oversee. Her service was excellent, and she treated me like I could be 16 or 60. As I am almost the latter, it's nice to leave a store excited to try a new product because the assistant was so professional.
