Mini Rascals Hair

Unfortunately, our visit with my son wasn't positive. Upon entering, another child was screaming loudly! The mother was trying to make her child sit still while the stylist cut his hair. It was distressing to witness, and the boy seemed deeply affected by it! This incident upset my son before his own haircut even began! The stylist wasn't very kind and suggested I simply hold my son and ignore his cries, dismissing them as typical boy behavior! It was a terrible experience! It shouldn't be this way! My son cried in the car for the next 20 minutes. We decided to try another salon, and it was a complete turnaround. They had better techniques to calm children without resorting to yelling. I was truly disappointed with the service at the previous place; it seemed like they didn't want to invest the time to ensure a child's comfort. Unfortunately, we won't be returning. Your service definitely needs improvement.

Fantastic experience! Will definitely return. Made to feel very welcome and they really make an effort to calm your upset child. Appreciate the accessibility features, being able to secure our son in the seat. The tablets and toy cars are a great distraction. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, especially if you have a child with additional needs.

I was extremely let down by the staff's behaviour at this children's hair salon.
