Ruined my £500 hair extensions (receipt can be provided) after I asked for no length to be cut and minimal face framing. I did stop the hair dresser mid hair cut due to concern to which she was rude and aggressive and said I am just doing what you asked now let me do my job. However I stopped her as I was extremely concerned by the uneven cut and amount of hair that was being cut of, hair dresser then proceeded to continue hair cut, once complete and I expressed how upset I was she then proceeded to shout at me. Once I approached the counter I then raised this with the manager who also admitted this is not cut well and then attempted to fix this however irreparable damage was already done. Please see photo attatched for uneven cut I am left with once my hair was “fixed”. No compensation was offered for the damage to hair extensions and no apology was given by hair dresser who did the initial cut. This woman did not admit fault nor apologise, manager apologised on her behalf and stated I cannot say anything to someone who won’t admit fault. Once I left the salon in tears, my mother rang up to express her concerns and the salon manager proceeded to defend her staff and no longer admit fault instead pushing blame on to myself for the damage caused to my hair and extensions when asked to compensate. However I did not cut the hair nor did I expect for any proffesional to cut any customers hair like this and expect them to be pleased. This hair cut is not what I asked for and is not blended, even or symmetrical. It is a mess and has caused £500 worth of damage. Absolutely horrendous service and lack of consideration from the initial hair dresser in particular.

I am very selective on the places I use for my skin and hair . I have visited sonia's salon for facials, hair treatments and few more services and I can say undoubtedly the best customer service I have experienced in a while on each visit. The staff is friendly and dedicated with their work . The environment thrives on customer satisfaction. I would recommend this salon to anyone and everyone hands down. I highly recommend this salon. I fly from Scotland to Manchester, and whenever I’m here, I always make it a point to get my hair blow-dried. It’s truly worth it. The staff, especially Sonia, are incredibly sweet and friendly. The environment is welcoming, and the service is exceptional. My family from Scotland have loved the service here too. I also recommend getting your eyebrows threaded and your hair blow-dried here. The team is both professional and lovely.
