Nail salons in Chelmsford

I am so let down! This salon is my go-to for getting my pedicure. Today I decided I wanted to try them for my manicure for the second time. I asked for GEL ombre. The first time, back in January I asked for gel and got acrylics... They were insistent they were gels. I am a professional nail tech, they were not gels. But today I decided to give them another go. Again I got acrylics instead of gels. That was the first issue. Second issue was the nail tech having an issue that I had an issue with how wonky the nails were. Third, she very poorly cut my cuticles. My middle finger on my right hand is badly hurt. It was bleeding in the salon. It is stinging. Fourth, there is fluff stuck on the right thumb nail and it was ignored and cured over. The right thumb is also very loose. The product is all over my cuticles and the side of my nails. Very poor customer service and very poor work. I paid £40 for this set and it's actually embarrassing. The ombre is not even, every nail looks different. She also coughed on my hands during the service. Disgusting. Horrified.
