The fast food eatery is well-liked in the local vicinity for its diverse menu offerings and affordable prices. Despite its popularity, the establishment can get quite busy, leading to occasional delays in service. While the portions are generous, there are instances where the quality of the food may not meet expectations, possibly overshadowed by the attractive pricing.
The service at this establishment is abysmal, serving old chicken during the holy month of Ramadan. Extremely disappointing experience, I would rather patronize Big Fish chips shop, AK chip shop, or spices chip shop. I regret spending £24 here and will not be returning.
I am utterly disgusted by the exorbitantly priced and subpar food I received. Today, I purchased one piece of chicken and chips for £3, only to find it dry and cooked in rancid oil, emitting a foul odour. As someone with experience in the restaurant industry, I can discern when shortcuts are taken. It is imperative to properly clean the fryers instead of simply replenishing the old oil. I feel nauseated at this moment and vow never to patronize this establishment again.
