I reached out to the clinic for a quote on laser treatment. I was given details by one of the staff members, but when I arrived for my trial, the prices had unexpectedly changed within two days. They claimed the system had 'broken down' and refused to conduct a patch test. Zara assisted me but did not go over any information and filled out the form under a different name, which I found unprofessional and concerning. Zara's attitude shifted when I mentioned considering a trial due to the price increase. She declined to do a patch test. I am very disappointed with the service.
