As someone who's battled anxiety for years, finally gaining a fresh start, I shunned salons for nearly a decade, opting for home hair care. But after a positive past visit here, I felt drawn back when I felt ready. And I'm so pleased I did. A super chill vibe. Staff free of judgment. James was AMAZING at explaining, listening to my needs, and not pushing unnecessary products. I felt completely comfortable throughout. Will definitely be back. I've been a loyal customer at Chameleons for a long time and have always been thrilled with my experience, often receiving compliments on my haircut. Where to even begin with this amazing salon. I only visit once a year for something very specific, and I trust no one else to do it! After scouting 6 salons in Cheltenham for a long hair perm, I found Chameleons. Upon meeting Ian and his son James, I immediately felt at ease, confident in the process and the outcome. My hair is long and straight, but I've always wanted curls. It's been 3 years of having curly hair, returning annually for a 4-hour perm and cut. I usually come back the following week for a dye as well. One year, the perm didn't take well. Ian squeezed me in on NYE to fix it, free of charge! This family-run business goes above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction and always keeps the mood light and fun! Highly recommend! Fantastic team, including Tori, and exceptional service - everyone in the salon seems to be having a great time!
