I adore this place, highly recommend it. I had my hair washed, cut, and styled. The staff is lovely, and the service is exceptional. The individual who styled my hair was extremely friendly and talented. My hair, which was previously in poor condition, is now soft and healthy again. The products used were of excellent quality, so overall, I rate the service and results 10/10. Received a shocking and rude message from this company accusing me of a no-show and charging me for it. Despite my attempts to cancel through their faulty email system and leaving a message on their phone, they still proceeded with the charge. After such an awful experience, I have no intention of returning for any future treatments.About

How can i get there
To get to Hepburn's Salon at 113 Promenade, Cheltenham GL50 1NW, United Kingdom by public transport, take bus number 10 from Cheltenham Spa Railway Station and get off at the Promenade stop. If driving, head towards the A40 and turn onto Promenade, then continue straight until you reach the salon at the intersection of Promenade and Montpellier Street.

2. The day after my haircut, I returned to the salon to provide feedback and request a refund for the wash service that I did not receive. I was informed that they could not refund me as that was the minimum charge. When I explained that I did not opt for a wash because a blow-dry was not offered, I was told that this was a miscommunication as they always provide blow-dries. However, this contradicted what their colleague had told me on the day of my appointment.
3. During my visit to the salon the next day, they did not offer to fix the mistake or address the unevenness of my hair, particularly the fringe. Had a splendid time at Britannia! Despite the short notice and fully booked schedule, Britannia graciously devoted her early morning to styling my hair for my upcoming birthday. The atmosphere was inviting and comfortable, Will and Britannia were engaging conversationalists.
