Received a shocking and rude message from this company accusing me of a no-show and charging me for it. Despite my attempts to cancel through their faulty email system and leaving a message on their phone, they still proceeded with the charge. After such an awful experience, I have no intention of returning for any future treatments.

Julie, along with Andreia, has provided me with exceptional service during my various treatments such as piercings, pedicures, facials, and teeth whitening. The care and attention to detail they give is truly commendable. The welcoming and homely atmosphere of the salon makes each visit a joyous experience that leaves me feeling happy and more confident in myself.
