I've been a regular at the Hair Lounge for some time and have had various cuts and colours, but this time I requested to return to my natural salt and pepper grey shade, as I chose to embrace it. Jordana was absolutely superb, she heard out my preferences and matched the hues to my natural roots, resulting in a completely authentic appearance. Ashleigh did a fantastic job brightening my quite dark hair. She completely aced the task of hiding my early greys. After years of dark box dye, I was anxious about going lighter but trusted the crew at The Hair Lounge to assist me in achieving my desired look while maintaining the health of my hair. I departed the salon with a wide grin on my face, significantly lighter hair, and a shade that complemented my hair well. I am extremely grateful to Ashleigh (and Phil for his guidance too)! Lucy styled my hair - She did an amazing job. I opted for half highlights and demonstrated what I wanted, and she delivered exactly that. She was friendly and accommodating. The seats were comfortable, the music was just perfect, and I relished my time during the hair session. I genuinely couldn't have asked for better.
