Been a loyal customer at Sarah and Charlie’s for years. They are absolutely fantastic! They are incredibly warm, welcoming, and caring. I’ve been frequenting this salon for quite a few years now and I can’t speak highly enough of Charlie and Alex. They always make that extra effort to accommodate my last minute appointment requests and deliver top-notch treatments. I've been bringing my daughters there since they were teenagers and now they go independently. I trust they're in safe hands. I can't praise the ladies enough... always a fantastic experience and lots of laughs too. ❤️
Alex recently did my eyebrows and I was quite nervous as I rarely groom them, but she did an amazing job! She guided me through the process, explaining each step which really put me at ease.
