The salon exudes a warm, calming atmosphere and is impeccably neat and organized. I recently had my initial appointment with Jamie Lee for a complete head of highlights, haircut, and styling. Jamie Lee was exceptionally amiable and well-informed, offering valuable advice on my colour choice. I was extremely satisfied with the outcome and revisited this week for a haircut into a sleek long bob and styling. Once again, I am exceedingly pleased with the result and eagerly anticipate my next appointment.
I’ve been a patron of Saks for more years than I can count and genuinely wouldn’t consider going elsewhere. Rachel has tended to my hair for years and is an exceptional stylist - approachable, knowledgeable, and immensely talented. The salon boasts a delightful ambiance, elegantly presented with plush seating and premium products. While there are many areas in life where I opt for the more economical choice, the appearance of my hair and the confidence it instils in me is not one of those areas. Rachel is truly invaluable.
