Fantastic salon with delightful staff. I have been a patron of Lively for years now, getting my roots touched up, occasional highlights, and most recently, a brow shaping. I would highly recommend it.
A decade of experience truly shines through, but unfortunately, the use of subpar products and lack of expertise results in disastrous outcomes. My hair turned a burnt yellow shade, not blonde as desired. Frankly speaking, you would be better off going elsewhere to save yourself the hassle and money. The reviews seem to be from friends and are not verified by Google. You will soon regret choosing this salon. Julie, the owner of the salon, worked on my hair and seemed clueless, solely focused on maximizing profits. A major disaster like this does not bode well for a reputable salon, and I will continue to caution others against wasting their time and money here.
This was my premier time at Lively Hair and Beauty Parlour after a prolonged and hesitant hiatus from the hairdressing chair. I was fortunate to be attended to by a highly skilled and attentive stylist named Alex, who diligently worked on eliminating the reddish brass hues from my hair, while also giving it a refreshing shape just in time for the spring and summer seasons. The delightful little parlour, managed by Emma and her small team, should not be underestimated. With the wonderful addition of a wide range of beauty treatments at reasonable and enticing prices, it is ideal for a much-needed pampering day that is conveniently located near all local amenities. The selection of complimentary tea and coffee is always a welcomed bonus! Talent and comfort all under one elegant and sophisticated roof.
