The recent experience with a new beautician left me with a cut from the threading. Despite the pain and bleeding, the response was merely an "oops" and excessive pressure with the soothing gel. The full charge for the service seemed unjust, especially given the injury. Upon raising the issue with the manager, the lack of concern and professionalism was disappointing. It's safe to say I won't be returning.
Upon visiting the establishment, I was informed that my natural beauty was too much to enhance further, rendering their services useless. The unconventional advice given was to consider taking "ugly pills" instead.
My visit for eyebrow threading on the 21st of December resulted in disappointment as the esthetician missed a significant amount of hair. I had to rectify the incomplete job myself, which was quite frustrating.
