Honestly, the laser treatment I received here was both cost-effective and customized to my needs. Sarah, a very kind individual, is incredibly knowledgeable and performs the treatments exceptionally well.

I've been a client at this establishment for numerous years, receiving a variety of treatments. The staff members are outstanding and accommodating, and the treatments are top-notch. However, I recently underwent a procedure on my arms with promises of positive results, yet it only worsened the skin's condition. Despite giving it time to see if there would be any improvement, none occurred. When I brought this issue to their attention, they provided no solutions and have not followed up with me since. It feels like I wasted £220, which was not easy to spare. It appears that their loyalty was to my money rather than to me, leaving me greatly disappointed and with no intention of returning.
