Today was my Brow permanent tattoo top up session with Carly. Since my first query about the process, Carly has been so helpful, warm, and given detailed info about the procedure and what to expect. I'd highly suggest Carly.
I'd highly recommend Carly for all your permanent makeup requirements. She is highly professional, a perfectionist, and genuinely passionate. She crafted the ideal combo brows for my wedding after years of applying makeup to very faint brows, I felt fantastic and she's saved me money and precious time on makeup routines especially now with a little one. She's also refreshed them since and performed two LVL treatments on my lashes which last so well and look amazing. A true artist and I always eagerly await my next session.
