Absolutely splendid, such a pleasant locale with everyone exuding warmth, cheerfulness, politeness, and smiles. Just a genuinely pleasant place to be. Today, I had exceptional service by Emma with a little assistance from Liam for washing my hair. Emma, you are a superstar, I adore it. In my 30 years on this planet, I have never set foot in a salon, and oh my, this lady worked wonders.
I’ve been frequenting Charlotte’s salon since it opened over 20 years ago and it’s consistently a delightful and rejuvenating experience. Moreover, as I've aged and my hair has thinned, I've opted for hair extensions by Alex. It took me a while to make the decision, but I wish I had done it sooner. Alex is so empathetic to the loss of confidence that comes with this and she has taken care of me so graciously, guiding me through decisions. It has truly restored my confidence and the fantastic thing is people have noticed my great hair but no one has suspected I have extensions. Thank you Alex x
