Crystal Nails spa

I found the individuals here to be really friendly. I've visited twice. On both occasions, I had to specifically request a manicure in addition to shellac. Normally, the manicure is included in the service. However, on both visits, the shellac nails only lasted less than a week before chipping. At other places I've been to, they easily last for two weeks.

This is fantastic! They took me in right away, no need for an appointment or waiting! They are in a great location. Incredible range of colours to choose from. The staff are kind and respectful. The technician really took his time and did an outstanding job! I'm amazed at how well he filled in my nails, especially since they were originally done by another technician. The price was fair too.

I had a really awful experience where I was yelled at by the staff for expressing discomfort and for asking the nail technician to stick to the design rather than freestyling. Despite this, I returned hoping they would make up for it as I've been a customer for 6-8 months now. However, on my last visit, another nail technician started gossiping about me to a customer right in front of me. She was saying that I complained about the service, so why am I back if I didn't like it here. This made me feel incredibly uncomfortable, and when I tried to address it, I was ignored. I felt uneasy throughout the entire appointment. This is now my second negative experience, and I am extremely disappointed. It seems they selectively decide which customers to treat nicely. I've witnessed it myself, but since they weren't rude to me until now, I kept returning. However, after the attitude and experiences I've had, I won't be giving them another chance.
