Had a terrible experience today, not informed about needing my daughter's birth certificate for an ear piercing, we were denied service. My concern wasn't the mistake but the lack of empathy towards my crying nine-year-old. A simple apology and rescheduling would have sufficed. Instead, Susie's horrible attitude made the situation worse. Would not recommend this place for ear piercings.
Multiple tattoos by Jack, and he nails it every time! I even travelled to Scotland for his first convention to get a tattoo by him; that's how much I trust him! Jack is supportive, open to ideas, and accommodating of changes. He's approachable and incredibly talented. Susie has done my piercings, all healing perfectly. The studio has a great vibe, plus the studio dog is a bonus!
I make the journey from Wales twice a year to get pierced by Susie. She's the most gentle piercer I've encountered. I had my nipple and flat done by her and returned for my anti-tragus and nostril this year. There's no one else I trust for piercings. Susie's work is impeccable. I even got a tattoo there in January, and it was a fantastic experience. The staff is friendly and welcoming. You're in good hands here.
