I'm a huge fan of Episoft. It offers a very intimate experience that's quite unique. It's not a huge salon with crowds of people waiting around. The individual I see is gentle, empathetic, discreet, and considerate, even during the most private sessions. I feel content, assured, and relaxed during my visits, knowing that I'm in very capable hands.
I adore this establishment and have been a loyal patron for 1.5 years. What distinguishes Episoft centre is the proprietors – not only are they incredibly compassionate, but they are also highly skilled with a vast knowledge of health and beauty. I always feel completely secure in their care and have never looked or felt better.
Contacted to inquire about availability before using a group discount, the person was exceptionally impolite. Each time I asked about availability, the response was "Oh my goodness, I can't check without you using the voucher." Seriously? How do they manage bookings for other customers? I'd prefer to pay more and visit a place where the staff possess better customer service abilities.
