I booked a one-hour deep tissue massage with Vivienne, and it was absolutely fantastic. The massage was incredibly relaxing and effectively relieved all the knots and tensions in my body. I feel completely revitalised now!
The staff here were incredibly rude and the service was subpar. I had to wait for 45 minutes before being attended to, and when I finally got my massage, it felt rushed. I paid for an hour but only received a quarter of what I paid for.
I was really looking forward to a traditional Thai massage, but I ended up getting a strange oil massage instead. There were no stretches or techniques that are typically associated with Thai massage. I've had both good and bad Thai massages in the past, but this one was by far the worst. I even experienced pain afterwards. The masseuse's attire was completely inappropriate - wearing a denim jacket with zips and having loose hair. The room was also not clean to an acceptable standard. Overall, a disappointing experience that was not worth the money. I will be traveling far to my usual place for massages. I would recommend avoiding this place, especially since they also require payment in advance.
