Initially hesitant to leave a negative review, but feel compelled to caution those considering this salon. My appointment was with Sam for a haircut and colour. Despite providing clear instructions and reference photos that were realistic, the outcome was disastrous. Shortly after leaving, my scalp began blistering and was excruciatingly painful, pulsating with discomfort! This was a first for me. I reached out to the salon owner to address the issue privately, hoping for a resolution. An appointment was set for a scalp treatment a week later. The day before, I confirmed my attendance and requested a review of the cut, noting a significant imbalance in the back layers. I even offered to cover the costs. Although my message was seen on social media, there was no response. The owner finally replied 20 minutes after the scheduled appointment time at 1.15 pm, despite being at work all morning. I felt neglected, dismissed, and deceived. Believe me, it's best to steer clear of this salon. And for the subpar service, I was charged £77 for roots and a poorly executed cut and finish.
