Beware of this deceptive establishment! I made a purchase through their online platform, and despite numerous attempts to follow up, all I received were empty promises of investigation. Save your hard-earned cash and steer clear of them!
I adore this establishment and the staff. I've undergone various treatments with both Alex and Sam. From derma pen, lash lift, brow shaping to derma planing, I always ensure I'm well-informed before any treatment, and the staff here are incredibly knowledgeable. They take the time to explain the procedures and the benefits. The derma pen is by far my favourite; surprisingly, it's not painful at all despite the tiny needles. Sam elaborated on how the needles help in pushing the serum beneath the skin, aiding in collagen production. After today's session, my skin feels firmer and refreshed. The additional serum they provided has been a great boost. Following the pen, a serum mask was applied, and I got to relax under the light therapy for 10 minutes - pure bliss! It usually takes me a two-week vacation to unwind, but those 10 minutes were priceless. Discovering this place has been a game-changer for me; I rarely indulge in self-care beyond the occasional massage, but Wysteria has rekindled my love for pampering!
An absolutely delightful experience during my dermaplaning session at Wysteria with the lovely Lauren. Lauren was incredibly attentive right from the start.
