I always receive lovely service at this salon, and I'm always happy with the finished results. The staff are welcoming and friendly, making the experience even better.
I went to the salon in December, and I'm only leaving a review now because I've been so upset by how badly my hair turned out. The colour and cut were awful, they left bleach on for over an hour, causing my hair to break off. The "long layers" are so short they can't even be tied back. I've just been to another salon, and they told me it will take months to fix this disaster. Even showing a picture of the colour and style I wanted didn't help. It's disappointing that my experience was so different from everyone else's fantastic hair results!
My mum goes to this salon every week for a wash and blow dry, and every six weeks for a cut. Jo and Diane, the stylists, are very experienced and offer advice when needed. I'm growing out my colour, so I'm not going as often, but I've always had a good experience here. The staff are friendly, and the service is excellent. I would definitely recommend this salon.
