I was truly amazed by the exceptional service I received from Patricia (Patty) yesterday. I had completely mixed up my dates and my daughter, who was eagerly anticipating her haircut, was left in tears. I was quite embarrassed by my mistake! Patricia managed to squeeze us in later that same day, even staying late just to personally cut our hair. I was incredibly grateful. A happy daughter and a happy me! Thank you so much, Patricia, for going above and beyond!
What a delightful experience at Pleroma hair and beauty. I had to wait a bit for my appointment, but it was worth it. Kim paid great attention to detail and gave me the perfect haircut. The salon is so bright and spotless. I highly recommend their wide range of services and products.
I absolutely adored my new hairstyle. Kim is a fantastic, warm, and highly skilled hairstylist, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Pleroma is a fantastic salon with friendly staff, cozy ambiance, and great music. My only regret is not having anywhere to go afterwards to flaunt my new look ☺️
