The haircut was decent, and the ambiance was pleasant. However, I had also scheduled a beard trim, and the person attending to me appeared inexperienced with beards. She kept asking if I was in pain, which was considerate but made me doubt the quality of the service. When I requested a tidy-up for my chin, she seemed flustered, thinking she needed to use a straight razor. I haven't had one of those used on me in over a decade. It was the first time in a while I regretted the price I paid for a haircut. Lesson learned – stick to the barbers you know and trust. As for H&H; please... if the barbers listed on your booking site aren't trained or comfortable with certain tasks, consider removing them as options.
