My visit to Salon Elegance for a haircut on 30/01/24 at noon left me disappointed. The haircut was not symmetrical. Upon requesting a fix, I was told the salon manager was away from Edinburgh and would be back on Monday, but no follow-up was made. When I managed to reach the manager later, they questioned the validity of my visit, cast doubt on the accuracy of my haircut photo, and displayed a lack of professionalism.
