I scheduled a manicure appointment for myself and my sister. While they started on my nails promptly, my sister had to wait an extended period before beginning her session. Furthermore, she was left waiting halfway through for 15-30 minutes as they attended to another client. No apologies were offered, and the pricing was exorbitant. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.
The most disappointing, sluggish, and unprofessional manicure experience I have ever had. They attempted to apply the shellac without properly cleaning the cuticles, despite me booking a manicure service. Extremely slow service, resulting in uneven colour application. Absolutely dreadful. I did notice a woman working nearby whose work looked far superior. If you encounter a young man serving, avoid letting him handle your nails.
My preferred salon in the vicinity. Alex is exceptional at matching colours based on a photo from my phone, and is not only delightful but also highly skilled!
