Left this place with flat hair, my hair is fine so as hairstylist you should know that certain Caribbean texture cannot handle products that weigh down or make it greasy yet she went ahead with a super heavy hair mask and cream which left my hair lack body! £180 for a silk press, you better know all hair types and not just British hair.. never again! Waste of time.
I felt so safe and comfortable in the chair and in the whole room at Jo's salon. Not only herself but the other lovely stylists Jazz & Libby were kind, attentive, open and generally just great people. My hair colour was very messy and needed A LOT of attention to correct - Jo knew exactly what to do and she did it effortlessly. Top that with Jazz's styling (OMG!) - I honestly felt like my new journey to wicked hair care had begun -- and it has.
The only “go to”salon I trust. I’ve been a client of Jo’s for over five years and now she has decided to branch out on her own, I am thoroughly enjoying my visits to to this prestigious Salon in the heart of London. From the beginning of my engagement, I am pampered with teas and water and made to feel very comfortable. The team are friendly and professional too. The keratin treatment I had was a four hour appointment, the care and dedication from Jo and her stylists, Jazz and Libby, are second to none. I left with light flowing tressels and I am totally impressed with the results. Thank you team and I thoroughly recommend this salon 100percent!
