The staff at the salon were welcoming and the overall ambiance was pleasant. However, I am quite dissatisfied with the results of my recent hair curling session. It seems that my hair has been damaged due to the lack of heat protection during the process. This is especially disappointing as I had recently treated my hair with a repair mask. Despite attempting to reach out to address my concerns, I have not received any response.About
